  1. TYPE 13 -  OUTGOING, FACTUAL, ANALYTICAL, & ORGANIZED

  3. Type 13 individuals are sociable people who enjoy activity and
  4. are interested in the results of a project.  They are outgoing,
  5. often plain spoken and may work well either indoors or out-of-
  6. doors.  They do not mind interruptions but are often impatient with
  7. lengthy and boring assignments.  They work quickly but dislike
  8. complicated procedures.  They are analytical and organize their
  9. situations logically in advance.

  11. On the job, Type 13 individuals are precise and patient with detail
  12. and usually reach their conclusions in an orderly step-by-step
  13. manner.  They prefer an established time frame for accomplishing
  14. tasks and work best with standardized procedures rather than
  15. creating new ones.

  17. When working with fellow employees, they tend to be firm-minded
  18. and analytical.  They are able to function efficiently in a non-
  19. harmonious environment and can reprimand or fire people when
  20. necessary.  They do not show much emotion and may hurt people's
  21. feelings without intending to.  When being supervised, their
  22. primary concern is that they be treated fairly.

  24. Type 13 individuals like to complete projects on time and may
  25. become irritated if their present project must be interrupted for       
  26. a more urgent one.  However, they experience much personal
  27. satisfaction when a job is completed or they reach a satisfactory
  28. conclusion regarding a person, situation, or thing.
